Elizabeth Zayas founded FoundationCare in 2006. Previously, Zayas spent eight years counseling and developing curriculum and programs for local schools, family resource centers and support groups. She has used her Master's Degree in Counseling to help hundreds of young children, teens, couples, families and individuals in Orange County realize better, more fulfilling lives.

Robert Patrick is a member of FoundationCare's Board of Directors. As the founder, owner and president of one of Southern California's fastest growing web development companies, PhD Computing, Patrick understands the ever-changing world of technology. He is also a founder of eGuardian, FoundationCare's key partner company. Patrick's expertise in technology development has been critical to FoundationCare's Mission.

Ron Zayas is a member of FoundationCare's Board of Directors. Zayas is a founder of several companies, including one of the nation's first digital graphics company, Expressions Unlimited, Mission Viejo-based consulting firm 360 Business Consulting and eGuardian. With an impressive resume that includes executive titles at computer peripherals and franchising corporations, Zayas has an extensive background in marketing, sales and technology strategies.
